Prevent Genocide International is seeking the texts of articles on genocide in the penal codes of Cuba, Hungary, and the Netherlands. Specifically we are looking for the texts of Article 124 of the Codigo Penal of Cuba, Hungary (Penal Code, art. 137), and the Netherlands (Act of 2 July 1964 Implementing the Convention on Genocide.
We are also seeking the text of Colombia's new law of July 10, 2000 that officially outlaws genocide, torture and forced disappearances.
Like Ireland Genocide Act of 1973, the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Cyprus, Seychelles and St Vincent and the Grenadines incorporate the crime of genocide into their criminal law by refering to the Gencoide Convention text.
